My practice focuses on the resolution of civil disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal courts. I handle cases in a variety of areas, with an emphasis on the following:

Business/Commercial
I represent businesses and individuals in resolving commercial and business-related disputes arising out of business and real-estate transactions, commercial sales, construction projects, and wrongful conduct such as misrepresentation, fraud, tortious interference with a business expectancy, and breach of fiduciary, shareholder, or partnership duties.

Estate/Probate 
I represent personal representatives, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in revolving disputes arising in connection with the administration of estates, including will contests, challenges to the actions of personal representatives, and creditors' claims and other claims against the estate.

Employment
I represent employess and employers in connection with claims for employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and breach of employment-related contracts.

Consumer Protection
I represent individuals and businesses in connection with claims for violations of consumer-protection laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act and laws governing insurance claims and coverage.

Tort/Injury
I represent individuals in connection with common-law and statutory tort claims for injuries to person or property.
